However, the driver must provide a copy of a valid Credit or Debit Card to complete the holding deposit/security on this vehicle.

Yes. However, all drivers must hold a full valid driver’s licence, and must be listed on and sign the rental contract. A copy of all drivers’ licences must be provided before the booking commences.
